Tom Mihok has advised hundreds of undergraduate, graduate students and professionals produce exceptional resumes.  Resume Optimization is part of the Personal Finance course he has taught at Villanova University the last ten years and at the Isenberg School of Management online MBA Program at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst the last seven.  Through these, other courses he teaches and personal experience he developed techniques and preparation for first, second, final round and super day interviewing, networking, preparation for events related to recruiting and compensation negotiations.  

Tom started after graduate school on Wall Street and worked in investment banking for five years.  He joined a portfolio company and distributed insurance, investments and investment management services nationally for 10 years and has been a financial advisor the last 16 years. Tom earned an undergrad degree in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University, an MBA from the Darden School at the University of Virginia and a Masters in Financial Services from the American College.

He loves working on resumes and has developed proven techniques that maximize their impact. They appear to him as a puzzle--the right words in the right places and each piece of information, sentence, bullet point and section in the right location on the page.
